Our Foundation
Bayith Yahweh means The House of Yahweh — the ancient name inscribed on the ostraca unearthed at Tel Arad, Israel, the only known ancient archaeological artifact outside Jerusalem bearing this sacred name.
This assembly was established in the covenant tradition of Jacob Hawkins, who founded The House of Yahweh in Nazareth, Israel in 1973 after reading about the Tel Arad discovery. It is grounded exclusively in the authority of the Hebrew Tanakh — the Torah, the Prophets, and the Writings — as the revealed Word of Yahweh.
We do not follow the narratives of governments, media, or political parties. We follow the Word of Yahweh. We do not ask for money — freely we have received, and freely we give.
